Build and lead a team of Field Merchant Payment Consultants in your territory
Recruit, hire, and onboard top-performing merchant payments sales professionals
Drive merchant acquisition across SMB businesses with physical locations
Conduct ride-alongs and coaching sessions to develop your sales team
Support Consultants in closing key deals and managing large opportunities
Develop territory growth strategies and maintain a strong pipeline
Monitor team performance and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
Provide market insights and competitive feedback to leadership
Represent Flatpay locally and establish the brand with business owners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in merchant payments or payment processing sales
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Experience managing or mentoring field-based sellers
Strong recruiting and team development capabilities
Ability to manage pipeline forecasting and territory strategy
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a market from the ground up
Strong communication and leadership skills
