Lead the growth of merchant payments business in your market
Recruit, coach, manage a team of Field Merchant Payment Consultants
Drive new merchant acquisition across territory
Conduct ride-alongs and coaching sessions
Support Consultants in closing key deals
Develop territory growth strategies and maintain a strong pipeline
Monitor team performance and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
Provide market insights and competitive feedback to leadership
Represent Flatpay locally and establish the brand with business owners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in merchant payments or payment processing sales
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Experience managing or mentoring field-based sellers
Strong recruiting and team development capabilities
Ability to manage pipeline forecasting and territory strategy
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a market from the ground up
Strong communication and leadership skills
