Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the growth of merchant payments business in your market
  • Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Field Merchant Payment Consultants
  • Drive new merchant acquisition across your territory
  • Conduct ride-alongs and coaching sessions to develop your sales team
  • Support Consultants in closing key deals and managing large opportunities
  • Develop territory growth strategies and maintain a strong pipeline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in merchant payments or payment processing sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to manage pipeline forecasting and territory strategy
