About the role

  • As a Field Sales / Sales Manager in Montbéliard, you will be the heart and soul of our sales engine.
  • This is a field-based role: you will cover the entire region and play a central role in Flatpay’s commercial growth.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to sell our solutions during face-to-face sales meetings with owners of small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Your objective will be to sell and install as many solutions as possible, at the best possible price.
  • Your performance will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly installation targets and the associated payment transaction volume.

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic about selling
  • Comfortable working in the field and visiting potential clients
  • Resilient during cold prospecting visits and able to stay motivated after repeated rejections
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workday
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Driven to meet — and exceed — specific monthly targets
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Driver’s license required
  • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required; what matters most is a collaborative mindset, commitment, and willingness to learn — we will provide all necessary training.
