About the role
- As a Field Sales / Sales Manager in Montbéliard, you will be the heart and soul of our sales engine.
- This is a field-based role: you will cover the entire region and play a central role in Flatpay’s commercial growth.
- Your primary responsibility will be to sell our solutions during face-to-face sales meetings with owners of small and medium-sized businesses.
- Your objective will be to sell and install as many solutions as possible, at the best possible price.
- Your performance will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly installation targets and the associated payment transaction volume.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic about selling
- Comfortable working in the field and visiting potential clients
- Resilient during cold prospecting visits and able to stay motivated after repeated rejections
- Able to work independently and manage your own workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Driven to meet — and exceed — specific monthly targets
- Fluent in French and English
- Driver’s license required
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required; what matters most is a collaborative mindset, commitment, and willingness to learn — we will provide all necessary training.
