About the role
- You will cover the entire region and be at the heart of Flatpay's business development.
- Your primary responsibility will be to sell our solutions during in-person sales meetings with small and medium-sized business owners.
- You will also be expected to proactively generate your own sales opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals, and by leveraging your personal network.
- You will also be responsible for the delivery and installation of equipment.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic about sales
- Comfortable with field-based work and visiting potential clients
- Resilient during cold prospecting visits and able to stay motivated in the face of repeated rejection
- Able to work independently and manage your own workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Driven to achieve — and exceed — specific monthly targets
- Fluent in French and English
- A valid driver's license is required
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required to join Flatpay.
