About the role

  • You will cover the entire region and be at the heart of Flatpay's business development.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to sell our solutions during in-person sales meetings with small and medium-sized business owners.
  • You will also be expected to proactively generate your own sales opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals, and by leveraging your personal network.
  • You will also be responsible for the delivery and installation of equipment.

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic about sales
  • Comfortable with field-based work and visiting potential clients
  • Resilient during cold prospecting visits and able to stay motivated in the face of repeated rejection
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workday
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Driven to achieve — and exceed — specific monthly targets
  • Fluent in French and English
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required to join Flatpay.
