About the role

  • You are the heart and soul of our sales engine.
  • You will cover the entire region and be at the core of Flatpay’s business development.
  • Sell our solutions in face‑to‑face sales meetings with owners of small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Proactively generate your own sales opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals, and by leveraging your own network.
  • Be responsible for delivery and installation of equipment after sales are closed.
  • Your performance will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly installation targets and the associated payment transaction volumes.

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic about selling
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role visiting prospective customers
  • Resilient during cold prospecting and able to stay motivated despite repeated rejection
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of your workday
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Driven to meet — and exceed — specific monthly targets
  • Proficient in French and English
  • Driver’s license required
