About the role
- You are the heart and soul of our sales engine.
- You will cover the entire region and be at the core of Flatpay’s business development.
- Sell our solutions in face‑to‑face sales meetings with owners of small and medium-sized businesses.
- Proactively generate your own sales opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals, and by leveraging your own network.
- Be responsible for delivery and installation of equipment after sales are closed.
- Your performance will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly installation targets and the associated payment transaction volumes.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic about selling
- Comfortable working in a field-based role visiting prospective customers
- Resilient during cold prospecting and able to stay motivated despite repeated rejection
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Driven to meet — and exceed — specific monthly targets
- Proficient in French and English
- Driver’s license required
