About the role
- As a Field Sales Representative / Sales Manager in Bourg-en-Bresse, you will be the heart and soul of our sales engine.
- Your primary responsibility will be to sell our payment solutions during face-to-face sales meetings with owners of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).
- Our internal lead-generation team will prequalify and schedule the majority of your sales meetings.
- You will also proactively generate your own sales opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals, and by leveraging your personal network.
- To maximize your productivity and success, we have developed a tailored, tested sales approach and will provide you with thorough training.
- Once you have closed sales, you will also be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment.
- Your performance will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly installation targets and the associated payment transaction volume.
Requirements
- Motivated and enthusiastic about selling
- Comfortable working in the field and visiting potential customers
- Resilient during cold prospecting visits and able to stay motivated despite repeated rejections
- Proactive in planning and identifying new sales opportunities
- Able to work independently and manage your own workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Driven to meet — and exceed — defined monthly targets
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in French and English
- Driving licence and personal car required
