About the role
- As a Field Sales Representative / Sales Manager in Langon, you are the heart and soul of our sales engine.
- This is a field-based role: you'll cover the entire region and be at the core of Flatpay's business development.
- Your primary responsibility will be to sell our solutions during face-to-face meetings with owners of small and medium-sized businesses.
- Our internal lead generation team will pre-qualify and schedule the majority of your sales appointments.
- You will also proactively generate your own opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals, and by leveraging your own network.
- To maximize your productivity and success, we've developed a tailored, proven sales approach and will provide comprehensive training.
- After selling our solutions, you will also be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment.
- Your objective will be to sell and install as many solutions as possible at the best possible price.
- Your performance will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly installation targets and the associated payment transaction volume.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic about selling
- Comfortable working in the field and visiting potential clients
- Resilient during cold prospecting and able to stay motivated in the face of repeated rejection
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated to work towards — and exceed — specific monthly targets
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in French and English
- Driving license required
- Previous sales experience or experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required to join Flatpay.
