About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support implementation of Flatiron Health’s OncoEMR product within oncology clinic settings
  • Serve as the primary practice contact during discovery, workflow validation, configuration, end-user training, implementation go-live, and post-go-live transition
  • Provide dedicated customer service throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Deliver organized, sequential training curricula through e-learning, video conference, and in-person training
  • Understand clinical, operational, and billing workflows and customize OncoEMR accordingly
  • Partner with practice stakeholders to drive workflow changes
  • Collaborate with the Interface Team, Project Management Team, and other Flatiron teams on implementation delivery
  • Assess practice needs, training challenges, and communication styles
  • Organize, present, and track comprehensive training programs
  • Serve as quality control for practice setup and customization
  • Oversee practice go-live and provide support until handoff to Support and Account Management
  • Demonstrate OncoEMR in different settings and computer environments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the implementation process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience implementing and training on software systems in the healthcare industry
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in the EMR field
  • Excellent and error-free written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing and delivering an organized and sequential training curriculum
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Strategic time management skills
  • Deep understanding and experience with technical troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Ability to learn new material quickly and redeliver it engagingly
  • Ability to maintain multiple simultaneous training schedules
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% or more of the time and make multiple presentations
  • Oncology billing knowledge or experience is extra credit
  • Revenue Cycle Management knowledge or experience is extra credit
  • Clinical or oncology experience is extra credit; oncology experience preferred
  • Excellent skills in Excel and video conference software are extra credit
  • Practice Management software experience is extra credit
