About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute the company's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging content, including posts, articles, newsletters, short-form videos, reels, graphics, and event coverage.
Translate complex topics around AI, innovation, entrepreneurship, and government initiatives into accessible and compelling stories.
Build and maintain a consistent, recognizable voice for the foundation and its initiatives.
Plan and manage editorial calendars aligned with campaigns, programs, and events.
Cover webinars, conferences, startup programs, and ecosystem activities through live and post-event content.
Monitor analytics and continuously optimize content performance.
Engage with our online community and strengthen relationships with founders, partners, and innovators.
Collaborate closely with the partnerships and program teams to identify stories worth sharing.
Experiment with new content formats, channels, and creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing social media for brands, startups, media, or mission-driven organizations.
Excellent English writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content.
Strong storytelling abilities and a good eye for design and visual communication.
Experience creating graphics, carousels, reels, or short-form video content using tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
Understanding of social media analytics and content optimization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Interest in AI, startups, venture capital, innovation ecosystems, technology, or entrepreneurship.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment.
A growth mindset, curiosity, creativity, and willingness to experiment.
