Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web and mobile applications
Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Perform both manual and automated testing
Identify and report defects, create test documentation, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Leverage modern AI/LLM tools to enhance testing efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Experience Required: 5 years
Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.**Perform Manual Testing across web, mobile, and API-based applications.
Conduct Functional and Non-Functional Testing to validate application behavior, usability, performance, and reliability.
Execute Sanity Testing and Regression Testing for new releases and production deployments.
Perform API Testing using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Create and maintain comprehensive Test Reports and testing documentation.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Utilize LLM/AI tools to generate, review, and optimize test cases and testing strategies.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
Participate in release validation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
Expertise in Manual Testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience in writing detailed and comprehensive Test Cases and Test Scenarios.
Ability to create and maintain Test Reports and testing documentation.

Strong hands-on experience with Jira for bug tracking, project management, and test management workflows.

Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Cypress automation frameworks.
Experience in Mobile Automation Testing using Appium.
Ability to design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites.
**Additional Preferred Skills**
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing activities simultaneously
