Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and analyze business needs, create functional documentation, perform data analysis using Python
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Work with large datasets, automating reports, creating dashboards, and leveraging AI/LLM tools to improve productivity and business insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct requirement elicitation workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Perform data analysis using Python to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and release activities.
- Validate implemented solutions against business requirements.
- Prepare process flow diagrams, wireframes, and workflow documentation.
- Use AI/LLM tools to improve documentation, data analysis, and requirement gathering.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Data manipulation using Pandas
