• **About the role**
• The Project Management Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic & program initiatives across Flat6Labs. The role is focused on transforming complexity into clear, executable structures, holding teams accountable to timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• **Project Ownership**
• - Lead multiple cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery.
• - Define scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• - Translate ambiguity into clear, executable project plans.
• **Delivery & Execution**
• - Drive execution across Programs, Operations, Marketing, Tech, and external partners.
• - Proactively track progress, identify risks, and remove blockers before they escalate.
• - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within agreed budgets.
• **Stakeholder Management**
• - Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery.
• - Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and decisions.
• - Provide clear, concise updates that enable decisions, not noise.
• **Process & Governance**
• - Design, implement, and continuously improve project management frameworks and tools.
• - Establish delivery rituals: planning, reporting, reviews, and retrospectives.
• - Build repeatable systems that scale beyond individual effort.
• **Team Enablement**
• - Guide project managers or contributors where applicable.
• - Coach teams on prioritization, planning, and delivery mindset.
• - Raise the bar on ownership, accountability, and execution quality.

• - Projects ship on time with minimal surprises
• - Teams are aligned on ownership, timelines, and outcomes
• - Leadership has visibility without micromanagement
