Growth Marketing

• Collaborate with the UNDP team to disseminate calls for applications.
• Utilize social media to share the UNDP team's posts about the program update.
• Disseminate calls for applications within the partner network and previous beneficiaries.
• Organize informational sessions to present the program.
• Headhunt potential SMEs that could benefit from the program.
• Support the Program Manager on the outreach strategy in line with UNDP branding guidelines.
• Plan and execute pre-accelerator and accelerator phases with the Program Lead's support.
• Scout SMEs to hire as part of the coming cohorts.
• Identify potential experts, mentors, and potential financial institutions based on the needs assessment results.
• Manage virtual & physical workshops and events as part of the accelerator program.
• Advise selected SMEs on their business development needs.
• Run a needs assessment for the selected SMEs and prepare all the documents requested.
• Analyze the needs assessment results and align with the Team leader on the action plan for each SME.
• Support SMEs during the program and ensure they respond to all queries or challenges they are facing.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding/offboarding journey for all SMEs.
• Support the business development affairs that might open doors to opportunities for SMEs.
• Collect the necessary data and information requested by the donor from the accelerated SMEs.
• Work on the needed reports for office hours and the needs assessment to submit to the donor.
• Follow up with the engaged mentors on the reports for each session.
• Support in the preparation of the accelerator report.
• Attend weekly meetings with the UNDP country office and F6L regional team.
• Support program communication on social media channels.
• Ensure timely responses to queries or challenges from entrepreneurs.
• Actively promote internally and externally the GGJAP to key stakeholders.

Program Manager

• - Develop, drive, and implement the program strategy and cycles.
• - Establish effective project management and monitoring mechanisms to ensure timely delivery.
• - Provide periodic progress reports to management.
• - Ensure the Flat6Labs process is followed and well communicated to all team members.
• - Identify partnership opportunities and oversee the establishment of local and international collaborations.
• - Manage the program budget and supervise financial control of spending and procurement.
• - Build and maintain a network of support partners, including financial, non-financial, and development agencies.
• - Define business objectives and goals in coordination with management and ensure their successful execution.
• - Report program and startup status to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
• - Effectively manage the program team, foster collaboration, and ensure orientation on Flat6Labs processes.
• - Strengthen engagement with the local startup ecosystem by building partnerships and sourcing entrepreneurs in coordination with the Marketing team.
• - Collaborate with Marketing to ensure the program and its events are well promoted locally and to maximize outreach to potential entrepreneurs.
• - Build and sustain strong relationships within the regional entrepreneurial community.
• - Lead and coordinate the full startup selection process, from application review to filtration, interviews, bootcamp shortlisting, and final Selection Committee presentations.
• - Oversee training and mentorship programs, and recruit high-quality mentors, trainers, and speakers.
• - Manage and coordinate the online platform with internal and external teams, ensuring smooth setup of content, curriculum, CRM, and interface.
• - Set goals and milestones for startups and monitor their progress closely.
• - Support startups in structuring and refining their investor pitches and presentations.
• - Nominate high-potential startups for follow-on funding opportunities.
• - Supervise the planning and logistics of all program events, including preparing invitee lists and coordinating with potential investors and guests.
