About the role
- Own the Data Engine: Scrub, reconcile, and maintain the integrity of our ARR and bookings data.
- Automate: Identify manual reporting bottlenecks and use AI or system integrations (Adaptive, Salesforce, Netsuite, other APIs) to streamline them.
- Communicate Discrepancies: Act as the bridge between Finance and other departments to resolve data misalignments in real-time.
- Support the Monthly Close: Assist in the FP&A close process, ensuring all data is ready for the re-forecasting cycle.
- Model Development: Gradually take on the maintenance and expansion of specific sections of the corporate financial model.
- Ad hoc Analyses: Support ad hoc financial analysis for leadership, Finance, and cross functional partners.
Requirements
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical data gaps to non-financial teammates
- Exposure to SaaS tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights
