About the role

  • Develop and implement joint business plans that create long-term, scalable productivity within the partner network.
  • Focus on customer-centric outcomes to grow revenue through channel partnerships.

  • Influence at all levels—from partner junior analysts to C-suite executives, navigating the complexities of the east coast cybersecurity market.
  • Leverage CRM data and emerging AI sales tools to provide insights into partner performance and market trends.
  • Map the existing partner landscape and identify revenue growth opportunities within the first 30 days.
  • Develop and execute strategy for managing and growing channel partnerships within 60 days.
  • Implement optimized engagement strategies for partner-sourced leads and revenue conversion within 90 days.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth through the design and execution of strategic partner programs within a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based technology environment.
  • The ability to rapidly translate complex technical solutions, such as those in cybersecurity, data intelligence, or enterprise risk into clear, outcome-based value propositions for partners and their customers.
  • Expertise in the full partner journey, from qualifying and onboarding high-potential resellers to conducting the ongoing enablement and business planning required to ensure long-term productivity.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build 'trusted advisor' relationships with partner stakeholders ranging from technical leads to executive decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% and reside on the east coast of the United States.
