Intern – Marketing Projects, Operations, AI

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Agile Management: Support the organization and workflow of requests across Branding, Content, CRM, Growth, and Design teams.
- AI Optimization: Act as an enthusiast for new technologies, proposing and applying AI tools to automate repetitive tasks (such as meeting minutes, agenda summaries, and spreadsheet organization).
- Project Control: Update timelines and control dashboards, ensuring nothing falls off the radar.
- Documentation and Processes: Record action items during meetings and ensure internal processes are documented and up to date.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Facilitate communication among stakeholders and ensure materials and vendors adhere to planned timelines.
- Data & Reports: Assist in building performance reports and executive presentations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or Industrial/Production Engineering.
- Analytical Mindset: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize what is important versus what is urgent.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills and clarity in conveying information.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-changing environment with frequent testing and iteration.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets and Slides are essential).
