About the role

  • Content strategy for events:
  • Curation: define the editorial line, themes, formats and spokespeople for owned and sponsored events, ensuring alignment with business and department objectives.
  • Create high-impact scripts for talks, panels and livestreams. Work directly on spokespeople preparation (briefing and speaker coaching), ensuring confidence and fluency in delivery.
  • Visual narratives: conceptualize strategic corporate presentations, guiding the design team so the visuals amplify the verbal message.
  • Moderate panels, livestreams and other event formats, representing Flash at strategic moments.
  • Research management:
  • Co-coordinate the editorial side of major proprietary Flash studies (such as Engaja S/A and Panorama da Saúde Emocional), working from questionnaire review and response collection to report structuring.
  • Develop communication plans for these studies together with internal teams to maximize reach.
  • Stakeholder management:
  • Serve as the focal point and content authority with event agencies, research partners and internal teams (PR, Social Media, Growth, Product, Legal, C-Level).
  • Manage complex timelines with multiple workstreams, anticipating risks and ensuring excellent deliveries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate content production, preferably with experience in scripting, events or data journalism.
  • Experience creating institutional presentations (PPTs) and developing narratives.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret research and turn numbers into stories relevant to HR and C‑Level audiences.
  • Excellent writing and public speaking skills, mastery of Brazilian Portuguese and the ability to write texts intended to be delivered aloud (speeches/scripts).
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations or related fields.
