About the role

  • Lead the full product development cycle, from discovery to delivery, always focusing on the user and business objectives.
  • Analyze data, customer pain points, and behaviors to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prioritize the backlog based on value, data, and feasible solutions, translating needs into user stories.
  • Define, track, and report product success metrics, ensuring initiatives align with company goals.
  • Ensure fluid communication across all departments, maintaining alignment on deliveries, updates, and impacts.
  • Act as the connection point between product, technology, design, and business areas, promoting collaboration and consistent deliveries.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Product roles
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Stakeholder negotiation
  • Cross-functional perspective to understand the impact of your actions and decisions on customers' daily experience and internal timelines
  • Standardize rituals and methodologies (OKRs, roadmaps, discovery, delivery).
  • Manage and maintain tools (Jira, Notion, etc.)
  • Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making
  • Facilitate alignment between Product and other areas (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, CS)
  • Document strategies, priorities, and decisions
  • Support rituals such as reviews and strategic meetings.
