About the role
- Handle customer inquiries via designated channels (voice, email, or chat), following team priorities and guidelines.
- Support the delivery of an excellent customer experience, treating everyone courteously and promoting the company's values.
- Collect customer feedback, identify main pain points, and forward them to the continuous improvement team.
- Accurately record required information in the company's CRM (HubSpot).
- Perform lookups in customer support tools.
- Thoroughly understand customer requests and coordinate with other areas of the company as needed to resolve issues.
- Propose improvements to the team's processes.
