About the role
- Interact with internal stakeholders to understand their primary needs and translate them into quantitative terms;
- Define concepts, metrics, and KPIs that support identifying specific needs and inform decision-making;
- Build data pipelines and models, applying business rules to provide internal stakeholders with quantitative support for decision-making;
- Create analytical solutions presented as dashboards (from ideation and development to monitoring usage and effectiveness);
- Maintain, document, and improve our code standards, pipelines, and data warehouse organization;
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful insights;
- Stay up to date with the latest data science trends and techniques and apply them to company data analysis projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL;
- Structured logical reasoning, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail;
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst;
- Ability to understand and build ELT/ETL pipelines and data models, both technically and strategically;
- Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders across different levels and functions;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data analysis results clearly;
