About the role

  • Customer care and communication: First point of contact for existing customers of Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone
  • Advice & support: Answer questions, resolve issues and delight customers — transparent, always service-oriented, and with an eye for sales opportunities
  • Value-added sales: Whether through contract optimization or closing new contracts — you provide sustainable, pressure-free advice with the goal of creating long-term customer satisfaction
  • Multichannel communication: Whether via chat, email or phone — you impress with professionalism, friendliness and clear communication

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, empathy & helpfulness: You identify what customers need and find tailored solutions
  • Reliability & self-organization: You keep track and work dependably even in stressful situations
  • Language skills: Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role
  • Experience: Not required — motivation counts!
