About the role
- Customer care and communication: First point of contact for existing customers of Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone
- Advice & support: Answer questions, solve problems and delight customers – transparently, always service-oriented and with an eye for sales opportunities
- Value-added sales: Whether through contract optimization or closing new contracts. You provide sustainable, pressure-free advice with the goal of creating long-term customer satisfaction
- Multichannel communication: Whether via chat, e-mail or phone – you convince with professionalism, friendliness and clear communication
Requirements
- Student: You are a currently enrolled student and can support us for at least 12 hours per week
- Strong communication skills, empathy & helpfulness: You recognize what customers need and find tailored solutions
- Reliability & self-organization: You keep an overview and work reliably even in stressful situations
- Language skills: Very good German skills, both written and spoken, are essential for this position
- Experience? Not required! Motivation counts!
