  • Customer support and communication: First point of contact for existing Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone customers
  • Advice & support: Answer questions, resolve issues and delight customers — transparently, service-oriented and with an eye for sales opportunities
  • Value-driven sales: Whether through contract optimization or closing new contracts, you provide sustainable, pressure-free advice with the goal of long-term customer satisfaction
  • Multichannel communication: Whether via chat, email or phone — you demonstrate professionalism, friendliness and clear communication

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, empathy & helpfulness: You identify what customers need and find tailored solutions
  • Reliability & self-organization: You stay composed and work dependably even in stressful situations
  • Language skills: Excellent German, both written and spoken, is essential for this role
