Assistant

• Process supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding and authorisation
• Raise sales invoices and manage collection of outstanding debts
• Monitor aged debtors and creditors and escalate where appropriate
• Process and reimburse employee expense claims
• Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
• Post cash receipts and payments to the ledger
• Assist with cashflow monitoring and reporting
• Support month-end close, including journal postings and accruals
• Assist with management accounts and financial reports
• Maintain fixed asset registers and process depreciation entries
• Produce ONS reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
• Respond to internal and external finance queries
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and supporting documentation
• Identify finance process improvement opportunities
• Contribute to audits and payroll processing while working with the Financial Controller and Head of Finance

• Shape the mobile app strategy and roadmap using customer and market insight
• Lead product discovery by validating problems with data and research and scoping solutions
• Own end-to-end delivery for the squad, shipping frequent improvements through app stores
• Provide product leadership, run retrospectives and experiments, and raise quality standards
• Own squad outcomes and metrics focused on engagement and deposits
• Manage stakeholder expectations and secure buy-in across design, engineering, compliance and growth
• Analyse in-app journeys and demonstrate the impact of launches
• Collaborate with Compliance, content designers, data analysts and go-to-market experts to deliver compliant, evidence-led products
