About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serves as a senior technical lead for assigned line of business applications
Owns technical requirements definition, solution architecture design, and application architecture design
Creates and maintains technical design documents (TDD), architecture decision records (ADRs), API documentation
Provides application code development oversight, manages technical debt, and ensures secure coding standards compliance
Defines test strategy, oversees regression testing, defect triage, and quality metrics reporting
Coordinates with Platform teams on platform pattern alignment and initiates platform onboarding for applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
8+ Years in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership with hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise applications
Demonstrated experience with solution architecture, API design, microservices, and modern application development patterns in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven ability to lead technical teams, establish development standards, and drive delivery of complex technology initiatives in Agile environments
