Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
  • 12+ Years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, marketing technology, digital analytics, or a related field
  • Expertise across multiple digital and traditional marketing channels, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and audience activation
  • Design and governance of marketing measurement frameworks, attribution models, conversion tracking strategies, and performance reporting
  • Strong understanding of tag management systems, event tracking, pixel implementation, data layers, and measurement governance practices
  • Leading API integrations, server-side tracking implementations, and marketing platform connectivity initiatives
  • Development of experimentation frameworks and scalable optimization processes
  • Working with first-party data strategies, audience segmentation, retargeting, and customer activation frameworks
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable operational and technical solutions
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
