About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develops new, profitable builder finance relationships.
Prospects for new customers through leads developed personally or that come from referral sources.
Coordinates the team approach to approving and closing new deals to grow assets and revenues.
Works with assigned portfolio managers to ensure pro-active monitoring of the credit quality of the portfolio.
Collaborates with Credit team and outside counsel to prepare credit approval documents and manage onboarding process.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in business, finance or related field.
Minimum experience required: 10+ Years financing production homebuilders with at least 5 years in sales.
Formal credit training program or experience in reading financial statements.
