Requirements
What you’ll need- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- Minimum 1+ year experience in banking industry
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good telephone technique
- Understanding of MS Office Suite
- Ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
