- resolves issues and removes obstacles to ensure successful outcomes
- develops and maintains a strong network of centers of influence to generate high‑quality referral opportunities
- sets clear expectations and takes appropriate actions to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ Years in commercial banking
- strong relationship management and business development/sales skills
- knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
- knowledge of financial analysis; credit analysis skills
- strong negotiation skills
- excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- excellent customer service and community relations skills
- travel up to 50% of the time
