About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the review and data validation within our system as input by Brokers, Disclosure Management Analysts, Retail Processors
Communicating directly with brokers, loan officers, loan processors, closers, account executives, regional managers, and customer service representatives
Completing all missing or inaccurate information to create compliant Loan Estimates or decision Change Circumstance requests
Delivering the Initial Loan Estimate to the borrower along with the Intent to Proceed and Service Provider List documents
Performing special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
2+ years Residential Mortgage experience
2+ years Customer Service related experience
Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business, Accounting, Finance or Computer Science (preferred)
High level knowledge of current compliance changes to Reg Z, Respa, TILA, and MDIA (preferred)
Previous experience with mortgage documentation (preferred)
