About the role

  • Responsible for the review and data validation within our system as input by Brokers, Disclosure Management Analysts, Retail Processors
  • Communicating directly with brokers, loan officers, loan processors, closers, account executives, regional managers, and customer service representatives
  • Completing all missing or inaccurate information to create compliant Loan Estimates or decision Change Circumstance requests
  • Delivering the Initial Loan Estimate to the borrower along with the Intent to Proceed and Service Provider List documents
  • Performing special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
  • 2+ years Residential Mortgage experience
  • 2+ years Customer Service related experience
  • Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business, Accounting, Finance or Computer Science (preferred)
  • High level knowledge of current compliance changes to Reg Z, Respa, TILA, and MDIA (preferred)
  • Previous experience with mortgage documentation (preferred)
