About the role
- Gather and refine requirements and analyze system usage data
- Optimize workflows and lead cross-functional collaboration
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test scripts
- Evaluate nCino/Salesforce adoption trends and system performance
- Prepare and present insightful reports on sprint progress
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 6+ Years of system implementation in commercial banking with a focus on lending platforms
- 3+ years of experience with nCino or Salesforce-based financial systems
- Proven track record in requirement gathering, process improvement, and technology adoption
- Strong knowledge of commercial loan origination, credit workflows, and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
