About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- coordinating training courses, workshops and learning events across the business
- organising venues, trainers and learning resources to ensure successful delivery
- managing course bookings, attendance records, cancellations and rescheduling
- supporting colleagues with learning systems and answering learning-related queries
- maintaining accurate records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- monitoring mandatory and regulatory training compliance and following up where required
- producing learning data and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- processing invoices, purchase orders and associated administration
- acting as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external training providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- excellent customer service skills and a passion for supporting others
- strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- confident IT skills and experience maintaining accurate records
- the ability to prioritise competing tasks and work effectively under pressure
- strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- a proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) (Desirable)
- experience coordinating learning, training or development activities (Desirable)
- an interest in learning technology and digital learning solutions (Desirable)
