About the role
- Review and processing of customer inquiries and orders in Service Sales
- Preparation of quotations in close coordination with our production sites and suppliers
- Technical evaluation of customer inquiries and development of solutions
- Use and maintenance of our ERP system and internal tools for quotation creation and order processing
- Verification of the commercial accuracy of orders before handover to order management
- Support in preparing and tracking cost estimates in collaboration with our service technicians
- Acting as the interface between the Service Sales field team, customers, suppliers and service order management
Requirements
- Enrolled in a business administration, technical/engineering, or comparable degree program
- Independent, careful and structured working style, combined with a solution-oriented approach
- Team player with strong commitment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and very good command of English
