About the role
- Review and process customer inquiries and orders in Service Sales
- Prepare quotations in close coordination with our production sites and suppliers
- Technically assess customer inquiries and develop solutions
- Use and maintain our ERP system and internal tools for quotation creation and order processing
- Check the commercial accuracy of orders before handover to order management
- Support the preparation and follow-up of cost estimates in cooperation with our service technicians
- Act as liaison between Service Sales field staff, customers, suppliers and Service Order Management
Requirements
- Enrolled in a business administration, technical/engineering or comparable degree program
- Independent, careful and structured working style with a solution-oriented approach
- Team player with strong commitment
- Confident use of common MS Office applications and very good command of English
