About the role
- Advise our customers on the planning and implementation of projects in the area of Microsoft IT infrastructure
- Support customer projects with migrations, troubleshooting, and the updating of production environments
- Support sales and pre-sales teams in developing customer-specific solutions
- Act as a point of contact for customers and employees
Requirements
- Initial experience with Microsoft Cloud products
- Knowledge of hybrid environments
- Experience with projects involving Office 365 and Exchange Online
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure products
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new areas
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Independent, analytical, and structured working style
- High self-motivation and personal flexibility
- Excellent German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Valid driver's license (car)
