About the role
- Collaborate with design and leadership to map out and develop elegant, world-class experiences
- Execute product initiatives end-to-end
- Own Figma documentation as a source of truth for product development and execution, including complex state management, information architecture, and user flows
- Optimize and iterate on complex user experiences, including key conversion and growth funnels in-app
- Advocate for user wellness, transparency, and delight
- Contribute to our growing design system on a regular basis, leveraging advanced Figma functionalities
- Discern when to apply pixel-perfect detail, and when to make sketches and prototypes to expand discussions
- Prioritize and self-manage tasks, communicating timelines effectively
Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in product design
- Experience in native mobile experiences
- Portfolio demonstrating ability to handle complex projects end-to-end
- Strong design intuition
- Ability to execute at a high level on a multidisciplinary design/engineering team
- Deep understanding of systems and strategy
- Experience in the fintech industry preferred.
