Collaborate with design and leadership to map out and develop elegant, world-class experiences
Execute product initiatives end-to-end
Own Figma documentation as a source of truth for product development and execution, including complex state management, information architecture, and user flows
Optimize and iterate on complex user experiences, including key conversion and growth funnels in-app
Advocate for user wellness, transparency, and delight
Contribute to our growing design system on a regular basis, leveraging advanced Figma functionalities
Discern when to apply pixel-perfect detail, and when to make sketches and prototypes to expand discussions
Prioritize and self-manage tasks, communicating timelines effectively
Requirements
2-5 years of hands-on experience in product design
Experience in native mobile experiences
Portfolio demonstrating ability to handle complex projects end-to-end
Strong design intuition
Ability to execute at a high level on a multidisciplinary design/engineering team
Deep understanding of systems and strategy
Experience in the fintech industry preferred.
