Facilitate the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Fivetran platform and product suite
Define requirements and facilitate an architecture and integration that fulfills those requirements
Facilitate the optimization of the implementation through performance tuning
Enable customers to take responsibility for the installation once it has been tested and is ready for deployment
Collaborate with customer and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support use cases

Requirements

6+ years of extensive experience in customer-facing teams
A solid understanding of the data integration and replication space
Experience working with a wide range of databases, data warehouses / lakehouses, and operating systems
Strong proficiency in SQL and command-line scripting
Advanced understanding of networking approaches, including SSH tunneling, VPNs, and PrivateLink / private connectivity (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A proactive, resourceful attitude
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize work
