About the role
- Conduct both automated and manual outreach to target addressable market to engage prospects and qualify leads through product inbox, calls, emails, and social media
- Analyze Fiverr buyers' data to identify potential opportunities amongst the existing
- Qualify and reach out to inbound leads
- Outbound and direct reach-outs based on needs and business goals
- Schedule initial discovery calls with qualified prospects for Account Executives
- Develop, launch, and execute new outbound lead strategies/campaigns
- Work closely and collaboratively with Marketing and Sales to promote and execute successful events and target prospective buyers through targeted campaigns
- Gain deep knowledge of the marketplace and Fiverr’s business solutions to match clients with the right service/product and freelancers/agencies
- Display self-discipline and focus to effectively manage an intense and high volume business
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and production levels as defined by sales management
Requirements
- 2-4 years of SDR experience within an intense, fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Native English speaker
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce and/or Hubspot)
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and self-directed; Fast learner
- Comfortable in supporting and working with global customers across many time zones
- Experience with various sales tools (Sales Navigator, clear bit, SalesLoft, Calendly, etc) advantage
- Ability to work closely with other team members, communicate well - share and get feedback.
