About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across India.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, job boards, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen candidates, conduct recruiter assessments, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process from application through offer.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage offer coordination, candidate negotiations, and pre-onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment workflows within Greenhouse ATS.
  • Generate recruitment reports, monitor hiring metrics, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and pipeline status to hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, People Team, and global business leaders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a technology, SaaS, product-based, or high-growth organization.
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical and/or corporate functions.
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Experience managing candidate pipelines, interview coordination, reporting, and recruitment workflows within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones, including the United States.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
