About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across India.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, job boards, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Screen candidates, conduct recruiter assessments, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process from application through offer.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage offer coordination, candidate negotiations, and pre-onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment workflows within Greenhouse ATS.
- Generate recruitment reports, monitor hiring metrics, and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and pipeline status to hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, People Team, and global business leaders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a technology, SaaS, product-based, or high-growth organization.
- Proven experience recruiting for technical and/or corporate functions.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Experience managing candidate pipelines, interview coordination, reporting, and recruitment workflows within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones, including the United States.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
