About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome and assist new employees on their joining day
- Coordinate induction schedules and logistics (conference rooms, materials, system access)
- Facilitate or support induction sessions and company orientation programs
- Act as the first point of contact for new joiners for any queries
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events
- Coordinate logistics for town halls, celebrations, and team-building initiatives
- Support employee surveys, feedback collection, and analysis
- Help drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture
- Prepare reports and dashboards related to onboarding and engagement
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HRBP, Admin, IT, Payroll) for seamless operations
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
