About the role
- Assist in the build-out and operationalization of Five9's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program
- Support the vendor risk management lifecycle
- Collaborate with the Compliance & Privacy team to document controls within existing business processes
- Apply analytical skills to interpret regulatory compliance requirements
- Assist in designing streamlined business processes and controls
- Partner with managers and cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Rising college senior or above, pursuing a degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Compliance, Data Privacy, Telecommunications, Political Science, Legal, Finance, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using analytical tools and familiar with process mapping and design methodologies
- Awareness of governance frameworks and controls
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
