About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the build-out and operationalization of Five9's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program
Support the vendor risk management lifecycle
Collaborate with the Compliance & Privacy team to document controls within existing business processes
Apply analytical skills to interpret regulatory compliance requirements
Assist in designing streamlined business processes and controls
Partner with managers and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Rising college senior or above, pursuing a degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Compliance, Data Privacy, Telecommunications, Political Science, Legal, Finance, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in using analytical tools and familiar with process mapping and design methodologies
Awareness of governance frameworks and controls
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
