About the role
- Lead the implementation of global benefits and well-being programs.
- Monitor and assess benefit programs and market trends.
- Coordinate with regional People/HR teams to align program administration, communication, and delivery of benefits.
- Lead the development and execution of communication materials.
- Manage relationships with benefit brokers, vendors, and consultants.
- Contribute to the annual benefits review process.
- Collaborate with Legal, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure program compliance.
- Partner with Finance and external consultants to support budgeting and financial modeling.
- Maintain and improve documentation, governance frameworks, and internal processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of global benefits management experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong knowledge of local legislation, compliance, and cultural considerations.
- Proven expertise in program execution, vendor management, cost analysis, and budgeting.
- Deep understanding of how global organizations operate and support local benefits.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated business, financial, and HR acumen; skilled at using data to inform recommendations.
- Effective in project management, problem-solving, and navigating ambiguity in dynamic environments.
- Builds strong partnerships and drives accountability in agile, fast-paced settings.
- Highly organized with attention to detail, and able to scale processes in a high-growth environment.
