About the role
- Support customer and lead service and follow-up.
- Assist with recording and updating information in our management systems.
- Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of commercial proposals.
- Participate in prospecting activities and market research.
- Support the team in creating presentation and communication materials.
- Collaborate on digital marketing and social media initiatives.
- Provide support in translating materials into English and Spanish.
- Help collect customer feedback and analyze opportunities for improvement.
- Support administrative routines and internal processes within the commercial area.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Pharmacy or IT (Information Technology);
- Good communication (verbal and written);
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn;
- Proactive and interested in client relationships and process management;
- Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking) – Required;
- Commitment to a minimum 12-month internship period – Required;
- Advanced Spanish;
- Availability to intern Monday to Friday, either 8:00 AM–3:00 PM or 10:00 AM–5:00 PM;
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for remote work.
