Key responsibilities & impact

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects that meet the final objectives
Actively participate in project and process management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with quality
Provide training and support to end users of IT systems, ensuring they can use new technologies and features effectively
Maintain a strong focus on customers’ needs and expectations when proposing technological solutions in an agile manner, with exceptional quality and sustainable business value

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in manual and automated testing (functional, regression, and exploratory) with tools such as Selenium and Cypress
Experience designing and executing tests using BDD
Knowledge of SQL, integration validation, and validation/homologation of Tableau dashboards
Knowledge of insurance ERP systems and the I4PRO system
Experience with test documentation, defect management, and quality assurance
Familiarity with agile methodologies, code versioning, and the software development lifecycle
Ability to work alongside technical and business teams to define acceptance criteria
Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
Availability to work in a hybrid model (1x/week on-site) in the Cerqueira César area - São Paulo/SP
