About the role

  • You ensure that visitors on our pages convert, from the click through to the desired action.
  • You design landing pages that engage our target audiences and convince potential new members.
  • You make sure we can measure everything: web tracking, analytics and dashboards included.
  • You set up A/B tests, analyze results and optimize headlines, layouts and CTAs.
  • You support the development of our attribution model together with our agency — steep learning curve guaranteed.
  • You identify optimization opportunities in campaigns and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, e‑commerce or another data-driven area — relevant internships count.
  • You love numbers, Excel and dashboards and can extract valuable insights from data.
  • You’re eager to dive deep into tools and experiment with new approaches.
  • You don’t wait for perfect briefs; you turn your ideas into first drafts right away.
  • You work closely with creative, marketing and agency teams and drive projects forward collaboratively.
