About the role
- You ensure that visitors on our sites convert, from the initial click to the completed action.
- You design landing pages that engage our target audiences and convince potential new members.
- You make sure we can measure everything — web tracking, analytics, and dashboards included.
- You set up A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize headlines, layouts, and CTAs.
- You support the development of our attribution model in collaboration with our agency.
- You identify optimization opportunities in campaigns and provide data-driven support for decision-making.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, or another data-driven field — relevant internships count.
- You enjoy working with numbers, Excel, and dashboards.
- You are eager to dive deep into tools and experiment with new approaches.
- You don’t wait for perfect briefings; you turn your ideas into first drafts quickly.
- You work closely with creative, marketing, and agency teams.
