About the role

  • Own end-to-end flow of products from raw material procurement to final delivery
  • Forecast demand, manage supplier relationships, coordinate production runs, and oversee logistics to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
  • Optimize procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes to scale efficiently
  • Track sales velocity, inventory levels, and lead times to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking
  • Manage orders of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods from suppliers/manufacturers
  • Coordinate with manufacturing partners to ensure timely product runs
  • Arrange freight and transport to get finished products into warehouses (3PLs, distributors, or retail partners)
  • Monitor stock at each warehouse, oversee inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure smooth replenishment
  • Develop systems to reduce costs, improve accuracy, and shorten lead times
  • Provide weekly/monthly updates on inventory status, upcoming risks, and procurement timelines

Requirements

  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (CPG, supplements, or FMCG industry preferred)
  • Strong forecasting and analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, ERP systems like NetSuite, Unleashed, or Cin7)
  • Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and freight forwarders
  • Ability to manage relationships with manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and warehouses
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
