About the role
- Own and refine the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy, patient needs, and prioritization of scale.
- Talk with patients, providers, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand problems and uncover opportunities.
- Translate user insights into clearly scoped product requirements, specs, tickets, and success metrics.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure clarity, feasibility, and momentum from ideation to rollout.
- Work with designers to craft intuitive, compassionate experiences for both patients and clinicians. Finding the balance between speed and fidelity.
- Run feedback loops that help us learn quickly: usability sessions, experiments, usage dashboards, release retros.
- Help define and measure product success using data, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to product processes that enable us to scale with quality as our patient base grows.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in product management (startup, healthcare a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to ship products that solve real user problems, not just features.
- Experience using data and feedback to drive product decisions.
- Ability to zoom out (strategy) and zoom in (project details) without losing momentum.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where direction evolves quickly.
- Strong communication skills. You can translate complexity into clarity.
- Experience working tightly with engineering and design partners.
- High user empathy: you want to understand what users are experiencing and how to help them.
- A mindset that blends urgency with thoughtfulness. Patient health matters, speed matters, accuracy matters.
