About the role

  • Own the technical vision and build core infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Shape the product that will define a new category in fashion-tech.
  • Move fast, dream big, and leave a legacy in one of the fastest-growing tech and fashion ecosystems in the world.
  • Take the lead in building and launching FITS’ platform using FullStack, creating a seamless and visually engaging experience for shoppers, stylists, and brands alike.
  • Work closely with the founders and collaborate across product, design, and engineering to turn ideas into polished, user-centric features that reflect our brand and mission.
  • Develop clean, reusable components to speed up development and ensure long-term performance and maintainability of the platform.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bugs or performance issues, continuously improving platform speed, stability, and user experience as we scale.
  • Keep a pulse on the latest developments, bringing fresh thinking and innovative solutions to the table.
  • Help shape the platform's technical foundation, contributing to decisions around architecture, tooling, and best practices as we build out our stack.
  • Pitch in wherever needed — whether that’s tech-related or operational — as part of the hustle and adaptability that comes with startup life.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building E-Commerce platforms — ideally 2+ years, but we care more about what you’ve built and how you think.
  • Strong grasp of Dart and confidence working with RESTful APIs, third-party packages, and various integrations.
  • A solid eye for mobile UI/UX — you know how to turn wireframes into intuitive, responsive, and beautiful experiences.
  • Comfortable using version control tools like Git and familiar with tools that keep projects running smoothly (e.g., Trello, Jira, Notion).
  • You care deeply about user experience and the platform's performance, and you’re always looking for ways to improve load times, responsiveness, and usability.
  • Start-up ready: you’re flexible, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Great communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Nice to Have (But Not Essential) Exposure to other mobile frameworks (like React Native) or a willingness to explore them when needed.
  • Familiarity with backend tools like Firebase, AWS, or experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working on marketplace products — especially those that connect different user types.
  • A portfolio or examples of Full Stack platforms you’ve built — personal or professional.
