Sales

• Own and execute outbound sales efforts to identify, engage, and close new logo business within assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with benefits brokers and consultants to generate referral activity and accelerate deal velocity
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using a combination of self-sourced opportunities, broker-sourced leads, and strategic partnerships
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals tailored to client needs
• Represent FitOn Health at industry events, conferences, and in-person client meetings to drive brand awareness and deal creation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align sales efforts with broader company initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FitOn Health’s solutions, the competitive landscape, and market trends
• Accurately forecast and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
• May support the development and mentorship of junior sales team members

Regional Sales Director

Therapist

• Support community engagement and client enrollment efforts across gym-based partnerships for FitOn
• Travel onsite to assigned gym locations and set up an inviting, branded outreach table as a licensed clinical representative
• Serve as the on-site clinical face of FitOn Care, engaging members about their health and wellness goals
• Educate prospective clients on how virtual Physical Therapy or Nutritional Counseling can support their fitness and health journey
• Drive new client sign-ups by guiding individuals through the enrollment process via tablet or QR code
• Achieve weekly outreach and enrollment goals by combining clinical insight with relationship building and soft sales
• Track daily interactions and report sign-up metrics
• Ensure materials and signage are organized and restocked as needed
• Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm for health and wellness
• Opportunity to see patients virtually in addition to onsite gym presence
